Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original Lūmmi packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
